ABOUT OUR TRAINING?

Here at BE Pilates Studio we teach the Pilates Sports Center Certification. This certification is an Internationally Recognized Pilates Education and upholds all of the NPCP criteria for a Pilates educational program.


For more than 25 years, Pilates Sports Center has delivered a contemporary Pilates education that honors the classical method while integrating modern science and principles.


Experience small class sizes and top-tier instruction.


Each student will learn Pilates Mat / Reformer / Cadillac / Chair repertoire  in both classical and progressive styles with modifications and variations.


Understanding client assessment and alignment for creative training and programing for any level of proficiency.


450+ hour program including Anatomy


 Master both Classical and Progressive Pilates in one comprehensive program.
